Returns

In the unlikely event that we send the wrong item, or there is a fault with your item, we will arrange a refund inclusive of postage costs upon receipt of the goods.

In the event of you changing your mind or deciding that you no longer want your item upon receiving it, we will accept returns but postage costs will not be refunded. If you would first like to ensure the correct colour match, please contact us and we will send you a free swatch.

Delivery

We endeavour to impress every single customer and as such, we aim to have your item with you within five working days, although in most cases, our goods will be delivered sooner than that. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay beyond our control, we will notify you of any problem immediately and rectify the situation ASAP. If you have any questions or worries, we are more than happy to respond.

Postage rates

Postage is charged at a flat cost of £9.99 for the first item and all additional purchases are postage free (UK Mainland only). We would like all customers to be aware that we are actually charged £14.99 for postage by parcelforce and that we subsidise the cost as a gesture of goodwill, please consider this when leaving us feedback as we really are doing the best we can for you.

For Ireland, Scottish highland or international customers, if you are interested in bidding on/buying one of our items, please get in touch BEFORE you bid/buy. If you e-mail us, telling us your location, we can get back to you with the most economical shipping quote available to us from our network of international couriers.

We run an offline business primarily and as such, we are available to answer any questions 9am-5pm Mon-Fri really quite quickly. We do however; check our inbox out of usual working hours in order to ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely fashion.

Important Information…

Our canvas images are actual photographs taken in order to represent the scale of pattern and design that you can expect to receive. However, we would like all customers to be aware that although we work very hard to duplicate the image you see in your finished product, we are at the mercy of the natural run and print of the fabric itself and therefore very, very small differences may occur. This does not however, affect the overall finish of your purchase but instead adds individuality to each and every piece. We NEVER compromise on quality to increase profit margins, and only create pieces that we ourselves would give pride of place to in our own homes. Canvas dimensions should always be checked before purchasing.
