Customer service…

Returns: In the unlikely event that we send the wrong item, or there is a fault with your item, we will arrange a collection and replacement free of charge.

In the event of you changing your mind or deciding that you no longer want your item upon receiving it, we will accept returns but postage costs will not be refunded. If you would first like to ensure the correct colour match, please contact us and we will send you a free swatch.

Delivery: We endeavour to impress every single customer and as such, we aim to have your item with you within five working days, although in most cases, our goods will be delivered sooner than that. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay beyond our control, we will notify you immediately and rectify the situation ASAP. If you have any questions or worries, we are more than happy to respond.

Postage rates: Your item will be delivered using a very reliable courier at a flat rate of £7.99 regardless of how many items you order. We use our courier because we are charged based on size and not on weight as we would be if we used parcel force (who are considerably more expensive!). We package our goods to a high standard so that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

Questions: We run an offline business primarily and have only very recently ventured online in order to test whether a web presence would be a sound business investment. In order to do this, we have employed extra staff, who are on call 9-5 to answer all questions and queries. We do however, check our inbox out of hours, so that we minimise any delay in answering your questions.
